Glen Acres Golf & Country Club's catering is managed by Mick Kelly's

Taxes not included. All reservations require $100 non-refundable deposit at time of confirmation of event paid by credit card, check or money order. Checks payable to Glen Acres Golf and Country Club. Damage deposit of $200.00 required (refundable upon room inspection to confirm no damage has occurred). *Swimming Pool bookings are available after 5PM only. Please call for details.

All booked events will be billed at time of reservation to the Homeowners, Members or Employees membership account. Member sponsored events will be billed at Restaurant/Catering rates. Glen Acres Golf and Country Club & HOA Events:
HOA Annual Meeting & HOA Phase Meetings are exempt from room charges. Glen Acres office will book these events in appropriate room at time of reservation per room availability and number of meeting attendees. These events must be scheduled by February 28th of each year.
Men's and Ladies Golf events are exemt from room charges. Glen Acres office will book these events in appropriate room at time of reservation per room availability and number of meeting attendees. These events must be scheduled by Fbruary 28th of each year.
HOA Social events are exempt from room charges. HOA Social Committee will provide Glen Acres office with their annual schedule of events by January 31st of each year. Glen Acres will book events subject to availability. (Examples of HOA events are: New Years Eve Party, Valentine's Day Dance, Luau, Hoedown Dinner, Halloween Dinner Dance, Holiday Decorating Party and Santa's Breakfast).
Potlucks are no longer available with the exception of the Holiday Decorating work party.
Priority Policy:
1. Official HOA & Phase Annual Meetings subject to room availability.
2. Glen Acres Golf & HOA events subject to room availability.
3. Revenue events.
4. All other HOA & GAGCC meetings in 2nd floor conference room.
Dress Code:
In keeping with season and function, appropriate attire must be worn by guests at all times. Please see our dress code, or ask the Club staff for details.
Lost or Stolen Items:
Glen Acres is not responsible for the loss or damage to any items left in the club during or following your function.
